  • All our products are customized or made to order. Preparation time: 5–7 days (longer for special items — we’ll notify you by email). After preparation, we pack the product securely using high-density foam for safe transit.

  • Shipping documents are prepared, and the parcel is handed to our courier within 1–2 days.

  • Shipping Transit time 5–7 days to most major global destinations. Remote or non-metropolitan locations may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated.

  • Total delivery time: Approximately 10-15 days from the date of order.

Please Note : If the shipping address is deemed non-serviceable by our shipping partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% card processing fee, which will be provided as store credit / Discount amount for future orders with us.

Please Note – By default our product are adequatily packed with foam and carboard boxes for safe transportation, But if you want extra wooden packing for your ordered home decore product then we may charge an additional fees between $80 to $280 USD depending on the amount of wooden packing required for your ordered product.

We go the extra mile to ensure your package breezes through customs. In most cases, you won’t have to lift a finger! However, occasionally, our courier partners might need a bit more information from your end to clear customs.

If this happens, do not worry! They will reach out via email with any requests. Simply provide the required documents, and your package will be on its way again in no time.

Customs Duty and Fees:

While we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, please note that you may be responsible for a minimal customs duty or shipment clearance processing fee. These are typically levied by either the courier company or the customs authority.

To avoid any delays in your shipment, please be prepared to cover these fees if they arise.

Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt Policy :
Once the courier tracking status of your order shows as “Delivered,” the shipment will be considered successfully delivered to the customer. In case you have not received the package or notice any discrepancy, you must notify us in writing through our registered email address – [email protected] within 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier tracking page. If no such communication is received within this period, the order shall be treated as successfully delivered and no refund, replacement, or claim for “shipment not received” will be accepted thereafter.
