Return, Refunds, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

But, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

We can resolve your issue by the following ways:

  1. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT – In the case of manufacturing defects, damage during transit or wrong product delivered.
  2. PRODUCT RETURN and MONEY REFUNDS – Only if customers provide with an acceptable reason for not liking our products.
  3. ORDER CANCELLATION – In case you want to cancel your order before product dispatch.

 

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY (In the case of manufacturing defects, damage during transit or wrong product delivered):
– We give a 7 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Our business thrives on good reputation. We know how important it is that every customer be satisfied with their purchase. We give a 1-year warranty on all our products. Also, we do proper quality check of all our products before dispatching, but, still if you feel there is any MANUFACTURING DEFECT or if a customer receives a damage product or if a customer receives a wrong product, Pop Art Sculptures gives 7 days Replacement Warranty on all our products.

PROCESS OF REPLACEMENT:
– Customers must notify us of any damage, manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– Return Shipping price would be borne by us, and we will arrange a pickup from customer’s address. (Please note if the pickup has to be arranged from a different country apart from UAE then the customer has to comply with the exports related documentation such as providing his Local ID proofs for customs related invoices and a written statement )
– After receiving the return product and doing a complete check of the product, We will ship a brand new product at no extra cost.
– Pop Art Sculptures will try to replace the specific product ordered in a Maximum of 15 days from the Delivery date of the return product.
– However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock / production.
– The 7 days replacement warranty is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit or wrong product delivered.

Please Note: In case the product that you have returned has any damages that are done due to normal wear & tear by the customer or negligence on part of the customer then the same product shall be shipped and delivered to the customer again.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS and MONEY REFUND POLICY (Only if customers provide with an acceptable reason for not liking our products):

Process of Return:
– Please inform us via email within 48 hours post the delivery about your reason for not liking our product with photographs of the product, the reason will be very helpful for us in improving the quality of our products in the future. Our team will go through the details and product photos that you had shared for returning the product and accordingly will inform you to ship the product back.

– You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
– Return Shipping charges will be borne by Buyer. Shipping costs of 40 USD which is included in the price of the product while purchasing are non-refundable.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process of Refunds:
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
– We will notify within 24 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
– If your refund is approved, Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Please Note: In case the product that you have returned is used or is not in its original condition or packaging then the refund shall be cancelled and the same product shall be shipped and delivered to you again.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY (In case you want to Cancel your order before the product is dispatched):

– If you have made an order and want to cancel your order, please notify us via email about your cancellation within 24 hours of you placing the order, so that we are able to stop the shipment at the warehouse level itself.

– If your order has already been processed and has moved to our shipping agent from our warehouse then we shall deduct a charge of 50% of the order amount as a processing fee to cancel your order and refund you the balance 50% amount.

– If your order has already been shipped and is in transit then cancellation is not possible. In the event the customer still wishes to proceed with cancellation at this stage, the full order value shall be charged, and no refund will be applicable.

– If the customer refuses to accept delivery of the shipment or return the delivery of the shipment, the full order value shall be charged, and no refund will be applicable.
